By accessing or using the Nature's Pick website at naturespick.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Produce Counter Inc. ("TPC," "we, "us," or "our"), operating under the Nature's Pick brand.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Nature's Pick, a Produce Counter employee, or another user

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, illustrations, videos, audio, software, and the Nature's Pick brand identity — is owned by or licensed to The Produce Counter Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as saving a recipe or sharing a link.

Plain English: Everything on this site is ours (or used with permission). Feel free to share links and save recipes. Don't copy our stuff for commercial use.

If you submit content to us — including reviews, comments, photos, or messages through forms or social media — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business operations and marketing.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

We make every effort to display our products accurately on the Site. However, the actual appearance, colour, and packaging of products may vary from what is shown. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
